Overview
This page explains how to report content that may violate Pair and Play policies, rights, or applicable law.
Reports may involve unlawful, infringing, abusive, pornographic, unauthorized, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
What Can Be Reported
You may report content you reasonably believe violates law, third-party rights, or Pair and Play legal policies.
Examples include infringing content, impersonation, abuse, exploitative content, privacy violations, deceptive campaigns, or harmful QR destinations.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe copyrighted material is being used without authorization, submit a detailed report with supporting information.
Incomplete or unsupported reports may delay review or result in no action.
Trademark or Brand Misuse Complaints
If you believe trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers are being used without authorization or in a misleading way, submit a report with details and evidence.
Privacy or Publicity Complaints
If content uses personal information, likeness, name, image, or other identifying information without authorization, report the issue with specific details and context.
Illegal, Harmful, Adult, Exploitative, or Abusive Content Complaints
Reports involving illegal, exploitative, adult sexual, abusive, or dangerous content should include as much specific information as possible to support timely review.
Where appropriate, Pair and Play may preserve records and contact law enforcement.
Information to Include in a Report
Include your full name.
Include business or organization name, if applicable.
Include your email address.
Describe the work or rights allegedly infringed.
Provide a description or screenshot of the content at issue.
Provide location details for the content, such as screen, account, customer, URL, QR destination, or other identifying information if known.
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
Include a statement that the information in your report is accurate.
Include your physical or electronic signature.
Good-Faith and Accuracy Statements
By submitting a report, you represent that your complaint is made in good faith and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith reports may be rejected.
What Pair and Play May Do After Receiving a Report
Pair and Play may remove content, disable access, suspend screens or accounts, notify the customer, request additional information, preserve evidence, contact law enforcement where appropriate, or take no action if a report is incomplete or unsupported.
Pair and Play may prioritize reports based on severity, legal risk, safety concerns, and available evidence.
No Guarantee of a Specific Outcome
Submitting a report does not guarantee removal, suspension, termination, or any specific enforcement result.
Pair and Play may determine outcomes based on available information, policy standards, legal obligations, and risk assessment.
Repeat Violations
Pair and Play may apply escalated enforcement for repeated or severe violations, including disabling screens, suspending accounts, terminating access, preserving records, and other enforcement measures permitted by law and contract.
