Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This Acceptable Use and Content Policy explains rules for content and activity on Pair and Play.

Pair and Play is a SaaS screen management platform that lets customers upload, schedule, publish, link, and display content on connected screens.

These policies are provided for launch operations and may be reviewed and updated with legal counsel.

Pair and Play is intended for business and organizational use.

Customers must use the service in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in each location where content is displayed.

Customers are solely responsible for all Customer Content uploaded, scheduled, published, linked, or displayed through their account.

Customers are responsible for activity by employees, contractors, invited users, former employees, compromised credentials, hacked accounts, or anyone who gains access through the customers systems or credentials, except to the extent caused directly by Pair and Plays own willful misconduct.

Customers must obtain all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and legal authority required for content, claims, images, videos, trademarks, names, likenesses, QR codes, links, and destinations.

Customers may not use Pair and Play for content or activity that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise violates this policy or the Terms of Service.

Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, exploitative, or similarly inappropriate content is prohibited.

Customers may not use Pair and Play to display or distribute adult sexual material on public or customer-facing screens.

Any content involving child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, or abusive content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

Pair and Play may preserve evidence and report such content to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

Customers may not upload, display, or link content that promotes, supports, or facilitates illegal activity.

Customers are responsible for legal compliance in all jurisdictions where their content is created, displayed, or distributed.

Content that is violent, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or intended to intimidate or harm individuals or groups is prohibited.

Customers may not use content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other third-party rights.

Customers are responsible for permissions and legal rights for all uploaded and displayed content.

Customers may not upload or link malware, malicious code, phishing pages, credential harvesting flows, scams, spam, or deceptive campaigns.

QR codes, links, and destinations must not expose viewers to fraud, malware, or misleading conduct.

Customers may not disclose or display personal information without authorization.

Doxxing, unauthorized surveillance content, non-consensual personal data sharing, or unlawful disclosure of personal information is prohibited.

Customers may not impersonate people or organizations, misrepresent affiliations, or display false, misleading, or deceptive claims.

Advertising and promotional claims must be lawful and substantiated where required.

Customers are responsible for evaluating whether content is appropriate for display location, audience, and context.

Content that creates safety risk, public nuisance, or foreseeable harm in a public setting is prohibited.

Content involving regulated products or services must comply with applicable laws and local restrictions, including where display is unlawful or inappropriate for location or audience.

This includes, without limitation, medical, legal, financial, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, gambling, political, or similarly regulated categories.

Customers are responsible for all destinations reached through QR codes, links, redirects, embedded pages, and third-party services connected to their content.

Pair and Play does not control or guarantee third-party destinations and is not responsible for their content, security, legality, or availability.

Customers must secure credentials, devices, sessions, recovery methods, and access permissions.

Pair and Play is not responsible for pornographic, obscene, illegal, infringing, offensive, embarrassing, unauthorized, or harmful content uploaded or displayed by customers or their users, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If unauthorized or compromised access is suspected, customers must promptly notify Pair and Play and take immediate remediation steps.

Pair and Play has no obligation to pre-screen all content.

Pair and Play may remove content, disable screens, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or contact law enforcement where appropriate.

Pair and Play may investigate suspected violations, preserve records, and cooperate with legal requests or public-safety investigations.
