Refund & Cancellation Policy

New customers may start with a 14-day free trial. The current signup flow collects a payment method, and no subscription charge is due during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, recurring monthly billing begins under the terms shown at checkout. Trial availability and promotional terms may change prospectively.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Plan features, billing frequency, applicable charges, and promotional terms are shown at signup, checkout, and in the account experience.

Additional screens may increase recurring charges. The applicable charge is shown before you approve the change, and Stripe may apply its normal proration or credit calculations.

You can manage payment details and cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal available from your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, access ordinarily continues through that period; the timing shown in the Stripe billing portal controls.

Pair and Play is offered as a recurring software subscription with no long-term contract requirement unless separately agreed.

Partial-period refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law or approved in an individual case.
