14-Day Free Trial

New customers can start with a 14-day free trial.

Trial availability and offers may change over time for new customers.

Monthly Subscription Billing

After trial activation, billing is monthly unless canceled.

Base plan includes 1 playlist and up to 2 TVs.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel anytime through billing settings and Stripe billing portal access in your account.

Cancellation Timing

Cancellation stops future renewals based on your billing cycle timing.

No Long-Term Contract

Pair And Play is offered as a recurring software subscription with no long-term contract requirement unless separately agreed.

Refund Policy

Because Pair And Play is a software subscription, partial-month refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or approved at our discretion.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support for review.

Add-On TVs and Playlists

Additional TVs are $15/month each beyond included TVs.

Additional playlists are $49/month each beyond included playlists.

Adding these resources may increase monthly billing.

Failed Payments and Past Due Status

If payment fails, your account may become past due and access to some features may be limited until billing is resolved.

How to Cancel

Open Billing & Profile in your dashboard and use the billing portal to cancel or manage payment details.

Existing Customer Terms

Pricing and offers may change for new customers.

Existing subscriptions keep their current subscription terms unless otherwise communicated.
